WEST AFRICAN KIZOMBA FESTIVAL 12TH EDITION 2027 - Festival Kizomba à Cotonou, Benin

The West African Kizomba Festival returns for its 12th edition in Benin, featuring a unique two-part program. The festival begins with 3 days of tourism (Feb 22-24, 2027) exploring Benin's beauty including Grand-Popo, Ouidah's Portuguese fort and slavery museum, and Abomey's Royal palace. This is followed by 4 days of pure dance (Feb 25-28, 2027) with workshops by amazing local and international instructors, dance parties with carefully selected DJs, and a grand finale at Amazon Square in Cotonou. Two dance floors cater to every style: Room 1 for Kizomba/Konpa/Semba and Room 2 for Salsa/Bachata/Merengue. Expected artists include DJs from Portugal, Netherlands, Ghana, Togo, Senegal, and Benin, plus instructors from Angola, Switzerland, Cuba/Italy, Portugal, and Nigeria. This is now the biggest couple dance festival in West Africa, attracting dancers from around the world.
