1,2,3,4 MAY 2024 * ALL EVENTS IN 1 HOTEL IN BRUSSELS-SOUTH* Your FREE VIVA KIZOMBA SPRING BRUSSELS 2025 will be held at Van der Valk Hotel Brussels South (Nivelles-Sud). The venue is 25 minutes from Brussels International airport, 20 minutes from Brussels South airport (Charleroi) and only 20 minutes from the centre of Brussels. Do not worry, we have airport shuttle service. Hotel rooms, practices till 6am, after till 9am, socials and higher quality workshops will all be in this hotel! The full pass (drinks coupon: unlimited non-alcoholic drinks and white wine) is available to all at 25 euros. 2. Ticket sales for the full pass at 25 euros will close on Monday, July 8, 2024, after which the price will be 150 euros. 3. The 25 euro full pass is non-refundable, and no name changes are allowed. 4. Participants of the Viva Gala New Year Brussels 2023 and/or the Free Viva Kizomba Spring 2024 will have the opportunity to book their double room starting from 130 euros per night, breakfast included. For those who did not participate in either event, the rate will start at 160 euros per night, including breakfast. You can book only rooms from Monday, May 13, 2024. 5. If one of the two people sharing the room did not participate in either of the aforementioned events, a supplement of 50 euros will be applied to the total room price.
