ABCD - Your biggest London festival is now returning with a new look, lots of changes & even better suit & set up. As we listened to your feedback we tried to take everything on board & so far these are the changes we're planning for our next event & working on more changes to make it the best experience ABCD has ever offered. MY NEXT ABCD PLAN *********************** * Vents in School are now working with 2 new Massive extraction fans to take the heat out. * LONDON COOL AIR-CONDITIONING COMPANY ARE WORKING WITH US & THE SCHOOL TO MAKE SURE THE HEAT IS NOT A PROBLEM. Specially in the performance hall. Air-condition units will be installed with extra extraction units outside the school to ensure fresh air from AC. * booked the whole ground floor so no distractions to us the whole weekend. * 2 Extra rooms to Use the for classes as well as add elevated stages in for the teachers to be seen. s * drama studios will be open together to take one class only * performance hall elevated stage will be used so teachers can be seen and put only one class there. * So the total of Classes will be 5 - 6 Classes per hour each class have their own room. * only one class in dance studio & no more than 2 classes in Basket ball court. EVENINGS *********** * Change the whole system of entrance and exit with more crowd flow & a lot more security. * BIGGER BACHATA Room (Extra 200 People) * A Dedicated Cuban Room for the whole weekend. * BIGGER Kizomba Room * Our Massive Salsa Room With new design & Lighting * Cloakroom in our Heated Marquee outside to give us move space in venue. * Crowd flow barriers will be back with signage to have a better crowd flow. * Having the extra space will give us 500 people more space at least. * Limited numbers of attendees to accommodate less than capacity of the venue. * Another bar in the Salsa Room to ease the queues at the Main Bar. * Free water stations and spread them all over the school. * limit banners & Market place so people have more space to sit down.
